Was charged 4 time for my meal after being told my bank card was declined. Paid with a Credit card then went home to fine out my bank card was charged 3 times for the meal. My credit card also when thru. This means I paid 240 dollars for a 60 dollar meal. Called Juans and they we're too concerned about if and told me to check tomorrow to see if the charges still went thru. We'll see if this clears up.

Twice now we’ve ordered online and it’s taken (no exaggeration) over an hour longer to get the food then they’ve quoted it would arrive. Good food but unreliable :(

I’ve always loved Juan’s but it has consistently gone down hill here in Gloucester. From forgotten parts in the food, wrong orders, cold food, etc. Now they are completely inconsistent with pricing. My husband has ordered the same thing three times in the past couple weeks and has paid three different prices varying by $4+ each time unbeknown to him until I looked at receipts.
