Not a patient yet but will be! Staff is so helpful! I stopped in without an appointment to get my sunglasses fixed (that I didn't buy there) and expected to pay. They so kindly fixed them and didn't charge me. Great customer service.
The staff members were amazing, friendly, and helpful. I came in with my kids, and I was able to get an appointment for myself as well. Dr Lam was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Overall, a great experience.
This was my family's first time at Juanita Vision Clinic and we were amazed by the friendliness and flexibility of the staff. All procedures were very efficient and we had a good overall experience here.
