During the process of finding a home and going through 2 different real estate agents, my husband and I met Juana through a personal friend. Juana spent a lot of time looking for homes that met our criteria, she listened to what we wanted and worked with our budget. We finally found our home with help from Juana, I wouldn't go through any other agent after meeting her. She's amazing and I promise you won't regret making her your real estate agent.
Juana has great resources at her disposal and an intimate knowledge of the south Florida area. We were newly relocated from out of state and she was recommended by a work colleague. We were very grateful for her honesty, integrity, and support during a very stressful process. She was quite helpful once we found our dream home to arrange for the help we would need after we moved in with a Designer, electrician, a/c, inspector, etc. She’s very resourceful and makes things happen.
Juana has helped me both buy and sell properties. When I was purchasing a home as a first time buyer, Juana was instrumental in finding me a condo, which in South Florida is no easy feat as many places do not have enough reserves to satisfy a bank. Juana stuck with me through MANY showings and queries until she found a place I didn't even know about that had everything I wanted and the reserves I needed to get a mortgage.
