Well now they started a automatic billing through a third party vender i always pay my 10 dollar co pay before i leave the office, but got a bill from the service they us now to collect money, tried to talk to office personel an was told that if i did not have a reciept that there was nothing they could do. Well i should not have to keep reciepts if office personell did there job an documented that i paid that day, now i wonder how many people are paying for the same service twice.
