I had Christmas lights installed in 2024. Communication was shaky and unreliable but the price was reasonable so I allowed them to install. After the take down, I noticed there were spots all over my home from the tape they used to keep the lights up. I asked numerous times for someone to come and remove the tape. No one ever did. Edit #3: It’s now April 22nd. Y’all going to come get your lights?? Ever? Edit #2: it’s now February 26th, 3 weeks since the last “update” from the company. Jua jua I would message you direct however there is no way to do so on Google. I’ve text you and called and emailed however and you do not respond. Therefore the only “response” I can get is apparently via Google review. Even though your reply didn’t address anything I mentioned in my review. This was my second year using this company and it has been chaotic to say the least. It is February 16th and my Christmas lights are still on the house from November. I have emailed & called multiple times and they continue to blame weather as the delay. Not sure what changed in management but this is totally unacceptable and I will not be using this company again.
