Edit #3: It’s now April 22nd. Y’all going to come get your lights?? Ever? Edit #2: it’s now February 26th, 3 weeks since the last “update” from the company. Jua jua I would message you direct however there is no way to do so on Google. I’ve text you and called and emailed however and you do not respond. Therefore the only “response” I can get is apparently via Google review. Even though your reply didn’t address anything I mentioned in my review. I had Christmas lights installed in 2024. Communication was shaky and unreliable but the price was reasonable so I allowed them to install. After the take down, I noticed there were spots all over my home from the tape they used to keep the lights up. I asked numerous times for someone to come and remove the tape. No one ever did. The next Christmas season, I told them before they install again, please remove the spots. This was my second year using this company and it has been chaotic to say the least. It is February 16th and my Christmas lights are still on the house from November. I have emailed & called multiple times and they continue to blame weather as the delay. Not sure what changed in management but this is totally unacceptable and I will not be using this company again.

They did our lights and a pressure washing job for us a few years ago and it was amazing. This year it’s been a TOTALLY different story.. it’s February 14th and my Christmas lights are still up. They have provided TWO updates on our take down since the install. 1.) 12/22- take downs will begin 01/05 and someone would be reaching out to let us know when ours would be scheduled the next week (12/27) 2.) 02/05- sorry for the delays due the weather (that didn’t occur until 3+ weeks after their prior date) and no other info provi... read more
