Tl;dr: john at jts auto did crap work repairing a muffler last year, lied about giving a quote, did crap work installing a new, but faulty, starter which needed to be replaced immediately and over charged for parts My starter seized and I had it brought to jts. After john looked at it he called me but I missed the call. When I returned the call I got his mother at the front desk, cause john was out for the day.
