A little more costly than most, but extremely well worth it. Very professional, clearly a lot of experience under the belt, and easy to get a hold of. Job was done right and on time.
John is pretty laid back and easy work with. No high sales pressure. He gave me a fair quote and explained what he was doing throughout the project which included stucco repair, repair to exterior wood on Tudor style house, new gutters, roof repair. extensive painting. As he was working on the house he pointed out additional items that needed attention and made those repairs as we agreed upon each. He had to repair a plumbing leak in the shower which leaked through to the livingroom ceiling. What an awesome job he did ! Just beautiful. It was not an easy job, the house was built in 1926 and had and John had many obstacles, but he worked diligently and efficiently, putting in long hours to remodel the walls, floor, tub, vanity, and toilet.
