Didnâ t finish the job as planned. There was a few day delay in ordering a fireplace insert and he went on to other jobs first before completing the job. Also likes to talk a lot and give advice when he should be listening to what the customer wants and focus on completing his work instead of talking.

Sorry it worked out this way I was up front about the vacation I was going on. You could not make up your mind on the fireplace you wanted.I did every thing I could do so I pull my tools and started other jobs. It took you 4 days to get back to me I had filled my week with other jobs up to leaving for vacation.Told you I could take care of the job when I got back.
