I don’t like dentist and most of all, I don’t like their drills. Last month, I had this terrible tooth pain and due to my stubbornness, I refused to go. Two days later, the pain became so unbearable, that I called their number at 3 in the morning. To my surprise, they have a live emergency operator who gave me some over the phone pain relief suggestion. I went in the next morning, and Dr Mike treated me like an old buddy. the dentists here are very skilled at their work. My whole family comes here for their dental appointments, and my 2 younger daughters love their dentist, Doctor Siu Wan Chan. She is very nice and does cleaning for my younger ones. Also, the new orthodontist, Dr. Lin, is very good at his work. He has helped my older son with his braces. My husband and I have been at Sunset Premier Dental Group for many years. All the assistants, doctors, and associates are very nice and kind. The prices are also fairly cheap also. What am I supposed to do now? I paid nearly $1100 to have dental work done a month ago, and I've been in pain ever since. I went back there this week, and they told me that they could fix my problem (which they caused in the first place!) for two grand. I don't have $2000. What am I gonna do?

This is one of the worst experiences I have had. The associates there can barely enunciate English correctly. Its a struggle to understand them. They insisted on taking an X-Ray. Then they told me they can't do a clean-up because of some incomprehensible gums issue. They told me they will get back to me but two weeks later I still don't know. They are buccaneers and definitely to be avoided and ostracized because of their anti-social conduct.

Need to learn a better bedside manner – WORST dental experience I've ever had!!! I was referred here by my primary dentist for a root canal. My appointment was for 9:30a but I wasn't seen until 10:30a. I thought the office staff were incredibly unprofessional and could care less about the inconvenience they put their patients through with their poor scheduling. money hungry and could really care less about you – Be prepared to be tossed around and sit in their char for one hour just to get told you have to see this dentist and this dentist tells you to go to this dentist...and they bill you for no dental work??? they are very poor in customer service and are very stupid... especially when another dentist they refer you to suggest you find another dentist...

The new dentist is good and actually cares! – In comparison to the older reviews of some prior dentist, the new guy there is good and really seems to care. While they don't have TVs and beer flowing from every chair, the place seems modern and did a great job with both myself and my 5 yr old daughter.

Don't be scared! – I was assigned to this dentist by my insurance, and when I read the comments posted here, I got really nervous. I just wanted to let everyone know that their is no need to worry! The dentists at Sunset Premier Dental group are knowledgeable and nice. I didn't have any trouble scheduling an appointment, my consultation and cleaning were quick and easy, and overall I had a very good experience.
