Mr. Saul has been helpful to find tenants for my apartment. In 2024 he helped me to get a tenant with in a few days and it was super stressful. Giving this one star solely because of the insane move-in/move-out process. Who came up with this rule? Booking an elevator is fine, I get it. But you're only allowed to do it on weekdays from 9 to 5? Seriously? Not even on a weekend or a holiday? What planet are you on? Do you think nobody has a job? Am I supposed to just take a random Tuesday off to schlep my couch around? It's unbelievable.
