I have just started renting from JSJ. Jose was the maintenance person who came over and fixed everything. He did a great job and was also very polite and considerate about what time of day he was going to be stopping by. I was glad they sent him.

First and foremost I thank God for my apartment and allowing JsJ Property Management to lease it to me,second I am very pleased with the maintenance crew I have not had no problems getting anything fixed or repaired. LEVI which means Harmony and it shows in your attitude and spirit when you came and helped me wit my lock and air conditioner, great guys good work from the maintenance crew thank you all so much God bless 5stars on me....

The ignitor broke on the oven in our apartment and JSJ sent out an employee, Jose, to look at it in less than 24 hours. Jose was incredibly kind and patient with his help and his desire to fix the problem as soon as possible was very apparent. While typical time constraints are always a part of shipping and part acquisition, Jose's communication helped me feel kept in the loop and patient throughout the process. By far the worst experience as a tenant I have had. I have had numerous maintenance issues that have not been responded to in a timely manner. For example, I put in a request for a clogged toilet that did not get resolved until 5 days later (which means 5 days of having to leave mg apartment and walk to the nearest store to use the bathroom). My heater was broken when I moved in and when I put the complaint in, it was not resolved until multiple days later (causing me to use my oven as a heater). I was told the reason for t... read more

Rented an apartment in May of 2021 & we're leasing through May 2023. When we first viewed our apartment it was dirty and not ready for a new tenant. The showing agent Ashley assured us that she would get the place painted and get the cleaners to clean the place. (Cigarette butts under the heaters and behind the toilet, thick gunk caked onto EVERY baseboard, Scuff marks on walls and the ceilings, etc) 2 days later on our move-in, nothing had been done.
