Loved it !!! Being from Chicago shrimp and lobster doesn't even come close to the phenomenal taste at J's. Our hostess very nice and attentive and our server Gregory great guy !!
Gave our name to the hostess but watched people who came after us get seated first because they were a larger party even though we were told at one point we were next. Ended up waiting over an hour to get the worst table in the whole place. Ordered a bucket of steamers that's listed as a starter but was brought after our meals. The waitress said she didn't know we wanted them as an appetizer like it was our fault. $18 for a lobster roll and a handful of chips. I left there still hungry after getting a check for $62. Food and service were FANTASTIC! We had the seafood casserole -- delicious.
Try the Maine oysters and get a bucket of steamers. Great food and atmosphere. Staff is very friendly.
