My fiancee got my 2012 GMC Acadia from J's and it was the best experiance from a car dealer we have ever had. There service was great from top to bottom, the suv is spectacular and they were very helpful with all parts of the transaction. Family owned/operated, they take pride in there customers and the quality of vehicles they sell. Thank you J's!
Crappy customer service. Was told they would hold a car for me and I drove 2 hours away to pick it up. I hit some traffic and they sold the car without even calling!!! Terrible company!!!

The back story is. The customer called me on Friday afternoon inquiring about a car. Arrangements were made to come and look at the car on Saturday morning. We held the car till 12 noon with out a deposit. The customer never provided a contract number. Another customer was here on Saturday 9:30 a.m. and we told them that someone was coming to look at the car in the morning. The 1st customer never arrived in the morning. Excellent service! Jeff and Jayne are definitely two of the nicest people I have ever met. I got an awesome deal on a great Suv in all but perfect condition!!! Definitely would reccomend anyone to them. Never have a I met a dealer so willing to work with anyone. I almost forgot to mention the blazer looked brand new! Very clean didnt even look like anyone ever sat in the vehicle.
