Very responsive. Arrived to provide estimate/proposal within four days of contact and scheduled the job for the following week. Arrived on-time, prepared and ready to work. Stretched carpets in five rooms and repaired a tear which is now invisible. As stated by others, experienced, conscientious, honest and hard-working. Highly recommend and would hire again.

Experienced, conscientious, honest, takes pride in his work, very fair in pricing, a "straight shooter" in explaining his work and what his customer can expect. Does not gloss over things or paint rosy picture for sake of getting work. I would quickly hire him again if I had a need.

Jordan did a great job repairing a bulge in our carpet. He was prompt, explained how he was going to repair the carpet, then did the work. His pricing is fair and he is easy to work with, good customer relations skills as well as working with carpet problems.
