Jordan was extremely professional and personal at the same time. He made sure he we liked the outcome, offered to clean our carpets, and said that he would replace the carpet on the stairs per our request. He even sent me a picture of another idea that he saw at Menards for our stairs. Definitely worth it!! We will be using him again!!!

I hired J's Floor Service to stretch our 13 year old wall to wall, well maintained carpet. There were several rooms where the carpet was lumped up so badly that it was a real trip hazard. J's service was excellent, He arrived on time and worked for over seven hours to work wonders. I highly recommend his services. In one room, he had to actually remove carpet and put a seam in the doorway, We are highly satisfied. t Thank you, Jordan.
