Terribly disappointed... I love their food. We called ahead 15 minutes because we were I sort of a hurry. 50 minutes later we finally got our food, after one of the employees was extremely rude to us for asking how our order was progressing 40 minutes in... while we saw people who had ordered after we got there with our food

Great food with a great price
Have not been to J's for a few years. Very disappointed. I think a lot of these other reviews let nostalgia cloud their view of reality. Missed part of my order, along with about five other customers while I waited. 35 minutes for flavorless cold chicken strip basket and a kids chicken strip. Plus an upcharge for using a debit card? No thanks. Last visit for me.
