The customer service is horrid. I am so disappointed. We order from J's several times a week. Today I waited 20 minutes for fries for my son. Never complained but the manager tossed the order on the outside counter and slammed the window shut in my face. Totally uncalled for. Another time I ordered fries and got all the way home and they were chuck fries. I called and they gave me a credit but it was a hassle using the $2 credit they gave me. J"s is awesome you can't go wrong everything there is good it's my favorite place to get wings besides the Outback it's definitely worth the drive
