Sadly our experience with JS Architectural Design was not our best experience. We contracted the plans for a home to be built. We gave the time frame we needed the plans and unfortunately it was only a verbal agreement. The had to call, send e-mails, call send e-mails in order to move the process along. We got one excuse after another. We finally got the final plans and the shocking EXPENSIVE bill for our plans. When Joe dropped off the final plans he left the car running in the driveway.
