This guy is a scam artist that preys on people in their darkest hour. My father was murdered in Belize and we enlisted him to help us with the murder investigation. We were informed that we needed to pay $6000.00 USD upfront before he would start and that whatever was not used for the investigation would be reimbursed to us.
