I was thoroughly impressed with everything from start to finish. Why I put up with the ugly mess they called doors when we moved in is beyond me. Jeff was truly on point. I feel so spoiled now when I come home and simply push a button.

We experienced damage to our garage doors this past winter due to snow removal. We called Keene Door for an estimate to repair the damage. Rick quickly responded and came out to review the doors. His recommendations were spot on as usual. The replacement panels were ordered quickly and the work scheduled just as fast. Mark and Greg came out to do the installation for us. I want to tell you about your employee Jeff. Jeff came today to install my new garage door and I have to say- you have a great technician there. I did plumbing for many years and had 24 employees and watching Jeff as he laid out his work and installed the door so efficiently, he is very knowledgeable of his job. I too had a terribly bad experience with this company, after confirming a time they came when I wasn't home, charged a high price and made the door worse. That was last year. I finally hired Champion Door. They came as scheduled, were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My door no longer lets in the weather, light and dirt (and snow all winter), no longer rattles and moves from the wind. It was adjusted to seal tightly both top an bottom and does not have play. I had made an appointment with Keen Door and given a date and time that was the following week. I was told that on the day of the appt., the tech would call me in the am and tell me what time he would be here. Instead I got a call from their office and was told that I would not see the tech until at least 3:30 as he had two "installs" which I guess took priority over my appt.
