If I could give zero, I would. These people are frauds and liars. The apartment had SO many broken things that they refused to fix. I had no hot water for the majority of the time I lived there, and literally had to go to small claims court after months of begging for my security deposit back . In Arbor Oaks we cannot access the tennis court because it is occupied by a stranger that makes lesson all day we tried to recall but we are never heard we pay and enough if we lose them one day the payment is made a fine of $ 250 but We ask you to occupy the field Now it is not possible instead in the contract was guaranteed tennis and this is not right

UNIT WAS UNINHABITABLE. JRK NOT COMMUNICATING AFTER SIGNING RELEASE FROM LEASE. CLAIMED THEY WOULD MAIL MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK IN 10 DAYS. THEY HANG UP ON EVERY SINGLE ATTEMPT TO CALL THEM, DELETE EVERY EMAIL I SEND AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T MAILED THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. TOMORROW IS 15 DAYS, THE DATE CALIFORNIA REQUIRES THEM TO CUT THE CHECK. MONDAY IS A NATIONAL HOLIDAY. IF THEY OBEY THE LAW THE CHECK WILL ARRIVE ON TUESDAY 9/3 OR WEDNESDAY 9/4.
