Piss poor example of customer service. They told me my ring would be repaired in a week. After a week I called to see where it was at. They said their jeweler was on vacation so it would be another week until it was done. Lovely. After another week and a half went by I called to find out where my ring was and I was told my ring had been there for 3 days and someone had already called me to tell me it was done. I have two rings from my Mother, who passed two months ago, that need repaired. I tried a chain jeweler first who quoted me a $2,000 price for the repairs. Feeling heart broken that I couldn't get these repaired due to the cost, I thought I would try a local jeweler. JR Fox Jewelers will have both repaired for 1/4 of the price and they will be done by Christmas! What a relief! Thank you so much for your fair pricing! BIG love for these folks.
