I can’t thank JRF enough! I walked in with a 2000 year old coin and had very specific list of goals I wanted to achieve in making a custom piece. After speaking with Doug for several minutes about it, I knew I was in good hands. When I went to pick it up I was blown away. It was perfect, better then I had hoped for. COVID made our wedding band buying process awful. And Kay's? They made it worse. We ordered months ago and was told we'd get Kay's 2 business day shipping. Fast forward to 2 months later, we're already married and I still have no wedding band. We cancelled the order and it randomly showed up. On top of the wait, it didn't fit. Attention to detail & personal service <3
I have had to have my wedding set fixed for the 2nd time. When I told the lady the issues with my rings she listened. Then she took them in back and came out like 20-30 minutes later and said we found 3 more settings loose. I wanted them to check and see what all needed repaired. I highly recommend this store. The people are so friendly and attentive.
We are SO HAPPY with the work that Katie and Dave did on the rebuilding of my wedding ring. It's breathtaking!! I couldn't even move for a few minutes when I first saw it. Tears filled my eyes. Thank you so much for such a work of art that I get to wear everyday! We will definately tell evryone where the jewelry talent is in this town. God bless you all!
J.R. Fox encapsulates all the reasons you should shop local! Everyone, from the jewelers to the sales staff, is friendly and knowledgeable. I took in my engagement ring to be resized and it was done the same day — on two separate occasions. Special thanks to “Sauce” for helping my fiancé design an absolutely stunning ring!
