I am a tenant, not a landlord, and I have to say that the response and organization of JR Realty have really impressed me. If there has been an issue or something that needs to be fixed, they handle it professionally with top tradespeople. I highly recommend them to all.

Unfortunately not all the repairs have been done quickly, but I was extremely impressed with the speed at which this plumbing service was done. I called you shortly after 12 noon. Within 30 minutes I had a call from the plumber trying to schedule ASAP service for me; and within 3 hours the plumber was ON LOCATION and REPAIR COMPLETED. Loved the lockbox tours which provided flexibility to see the unit around my work schedule and their regular business hours. The team was very responsive throughout the application and move in process.
