We have been living at Castellana 2 for almost 3 years and we love this condominium. I would like to make a special mention of our manager Cynthia, who is wonderful and is making our community a more pleasant place to live every day.
Bruce has been extremely proactive, friendly and helpful ever since the first day we met him 2 years ago at Belvedere apartments in North Torrance/Redondo Beach. We couldn’t have had a better property manager. When my wife saw the apartment for the first time, he showed her the place and she told me it was an awesome experience and she was excited for the move. Since the new management took over our condominium, everything has improved. They resolved the building’s problems and painted and renovated everything that needed attention. The manager, Cynthia, is very attentive and polite and handles all needs efficiently. Everything is always clean and well organized. Thank you to everyone for the excellent work!
