Awesome experience with the company. If you have a big project make sure you request ERIC! He’s a quiet guy but man is he good at what he does. Was very knowledgeable and kind.
Had a fabulous experience all around- from scheduling in-home consults, to completion. Eric is a master! He’s quiet, but thoughtful, neat and tidy- and makes beautiful mitre joints. My new bath is better than I could have imagined. He even stopped later by to make a tweak. Best contractor experience I’ve had.
Have some integrity and not tell people untruths!
NOT HAPPY..... took over a month to schedule work to be done. Was going to charge $2,000 more for job then quoted (no hidden issues) and I had to go to the office after not receiving my refund on my deposit after a week. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Jr Luxury Bath is awesome!! I was the winner of the November 2017 drawing...and I chose to convert my tub to a shower and it came out amazing!! So glad I won!!! Thanks again JR Bath... I would recommend them to anyone!!!
Outstanding workmanship and professionalism. JR Luxury Bath did excellent work. A leak developed from the bathtub faucet, after the job was completed. It was promptly fixed after I called them. Our installer (Chad) did superb work and John corrected the problem with the bathtub leak. You won’t be disappointed with this company. I’m looking forward to having my second bathroom remodeled.
I had a very small bath done and the cost was very expensive when it was all said and done! They have been out twice, once to fix the toilet, and then to redo some major painting problems. And I hate to say it still is not done correctly. They did my first bath that was larger and had more work to be done, so I did not question the high price then nor did I compare any other vendors... Great experience. They worked very quickly they switched our tub to a walk-in shower. We needed more accessibility in the bathroom. After they were done, cleanup was fantastic. They picked up all their tools and swept up all the dust. Now we have an easy to clean shower and a safer bathroom overall.
We only had a tub in our bathroom. We replaced the tube with a walk-in shower to make it ore accessible. We added a bench and grab bars for safety. We also added sliding glass doors. As for the clean up, they were very precise. They left our place spotless. We are very happy and we love our new Shower!!!
