Poor communication. I contacted this company last year about a part on my vehicle that was broken. They assured me they had the part and could do the work. Then when I was supposed to come they told me they were waiting on the part. I have sent numerous emails and no reply.

Great place to get your car done the people here at jr Griffey and son body shop are awesome and know how to get the job done.
I went into the shop stressed, thinking that I had a pretty bad/expensive dent. The owner, Jimmy, immediately came and popped it out for free. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond for a random stranger. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be coming back for any future issues!

They take their time to make sure the customer is happy and definitely go out of their way to make them happy. They do excellent work.
