I live in NH but when I found a setting I wanted for my wife's engagement ring, Steve Pryor in Lighthouse Point, FL was there to help. Over a week or so, Steve answered all my questions and always got back to me when he said he would. Two years later, today, Steve was still there for me when I emailed him asking for some documents on the sale, which he got for me exactly when he said he would.
