I had the good fortune of seeing customer service at its best when I accompanied my daughter to J.R. Dunn so she could have a ring sized. When she picked her ring up everything seemed fine until a couple of days later when she realized it was still a bit loose but not wanting to be any trouble she said nothing. Word got back to J.R.
