I lived in one of their properties for almost a year. They were very accommodating every step of the way and very understanding when I had to move out on short notice. It was a clean building, trash and recycling was always taken care of. They were also very accessible with any needs, such as a leak or a problem with an appliance.
The agent is friendly and supportive for all stuff for tenants. Also he tries the process very straightforward. Great experience!
JRC has that something special which takes decades to accumulate. This is a multi-generation operation. There were so many things that I had only realized later from talking to friends who have use other management firms that I never even had to ask JRC. They take care of it all like 2nd nature. Thanks!
