JRC has that something special which takes decades to accumulate. This is a multi-generation operation. There were so many things that I had only realized later from talking to friends who have use other management firms that I never even had to ask JRC. They take care of it all like 2nd nature. Do not rent . Worst place to live
I rented with JR City Properties for 2 years and they were consistently professional and helpful. All maintenance orders were handled in a timely manner and the super was always available if needed. The staff and administrators were friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Nicole from the Management Team was particularly kind, responsive, and accommodating.
