Had a bad experience trying to rent an apartment from Ray and his rental office. They won’t call you back, won’t let you know updates, and generally will ghost you. Save your application fee and go with someone else who is responsive and responsible

JR City Property is a great team, consisting of nice and friendly people. I rented with them for one year. Although my requests regarding heating were not always addressed, the team was so pleasant that I couldn't hold any grudges. Overall, my experience with them was positive, and in the end, they returned my entire security deposit, even though it was on the very last day.
