Good experience, not pushy and patient
I drove 12 hours to buy my truck from John at JR Trucks and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. He went above and beyond to make sure the transaction went seamlessly. There was a small issue with the tail light that I probably never would have noticed, but he spent his time and money making it right even after the truck was sold. He does things the way every dealer should.
John was very easy to deal with, had a great price on my truck. Definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks John
About the Dealership: Great Experience overall. As a new Yorker, i was growing up watching jdm rule the streets.. So i always wanted a nice car.. Drivers Car.. So i kept looking..My price point was nothing less than Great Price..Happen to see this dealer had this car for around 7000 less than kbb value. Called dealership and negotiated more and we agreed on a price.. start doing research on the car. Bought carfax and looked everything through.
