A horrible experience. After scheduling my first appointment, I logged into their therapy portal the day of only to wait roughly fifteen minutes before emailing J. Pope & Associates asking if my therapist would be showing up. Never got a response. Therapist never showed. What did happen is they decided to schedule me for another appointment without my consent then expect me to show up because apparently I work around their schedule only?
