People are asking for recommendations again during our hot weather and I wanted to be sure and tell you that Jason and JPM Heating and Air represent what old-fashioned customer service used to be! He came out during the heat wave we were having last year, identified and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Saved us another day of suffering in the heat...what a great work ethic to fit us in before he ended his calls for the day. I will use them for a new system when the time comes...
Tommy came out in the middle of a pretty bad heat wave and when we explained what led up to the air-conditioner not working, he knew where to start troubleshooting. It was fixed in no time flat. Thank you Tommy and JPM Heating And Air.
We got a few bids, to replace our heater and AC, and while JPM wasn't the least expensive, they were by far the most thorough and comprehensive. They brought up details and design elements the the cheaper guys hadn't even thought about. We are so happy that we went with them and paid few extra dollars for superior service, installation, and professionalism.

We contacted JPM because our heat pump was not putting out hot air. The technician was right on time. Turns out that it was working, we just needed to use the controls differently than we had been.
