They have a bit of a crap logging system but meh, for the parts they sell they're pretty good.
Customer service has always been excellent. They are a great company to work with.
Make sure you get EXACTLY what you want and that it works because there's no refund (only store credit and they don't have a lot in stock) and then there's a restocking fee. Very sad. I doubt they'll be in business much longer.
I had my power supply go out on me and went to JPL to get a new one. The first one they gave me wasn't the right type (even though I brought my old one in to compare to), so it was sad to have to drive back around the lake to get a different one. They then found one that worked and even tested my PC to make sure there wasn't a problem with something in addition to the power supply. Thankfully there wasn't and I'm back up and running. Thanks!
JPL Computers has provided business support services for our firm for 4 years. I can't tell you how many times we have call with a problem and their professional team respones quickly. We have a 12,500 customer data base. With over 250 customers walking into our store each day, we need our POS system to run smoothly.
