Absolutely horrendous customer service all around and very little effort to accommodate customer requests. From the sales representative to the Finance manager, extremely slow (or did not) follow up to questions, comments and concerns.
TLDR: Sold me a lemon and aren't truthful about financing I bought a PHEV from them in March, discovered that the HV electric heater was broken after delivery. Couldn't test it on the drive since they keep the HV batteries drained on the lot. Salesman told me they would give me new rear brakes, wrote in the contact "brake maintenance" which means not new brakes. Told me they replaced a wheel bearing and ABS sensor for safety cert, didn't provide me with paperwork other than the safety but as soon as I'm outside "warranty" th... read more
Although we ended up purchasing elsewhere, we had a positive experience at JP motors. Salesman Henry was very approachable, knowledgeable, and patient with us. I appreciated that all the CarFax reports are available on their website, and that Henry was able to generate a new report for us on the spot when one of the reports we were looking for had expired.
They appraise vehicles here significantly lower than other dealers. Their offerings is not cleaner in terms of vehicle history either.
