I had this company come out twice to fix my air conditioning. Each time I paid for the service they recommended. My air conditioning never worked and I had to hire a different company to completely replace the air conditioning unit. I then tried to reach a compromise with them for their past charges. Our agreement was that they would reverse the first two credit card charges and recharge me for only part of the work. They did not reverse the charges but instead charged me a third time.
