Jeff (owner of JP Appliance) was recommended to me from a friend. I called him after a large, reputable appliance repair company looked at my 14 year old Viking built-in refrigerator and told me that I need to replace the compressor. I called Jeff because our fridge was acting up and making a crazy sound. He was able to make it out the same day, diagnose the problem, get the part and repair it all in one day. He was prompt, responsive, and kind. I'm so grateful for the prompt, courteous service. The work was priced properly and I'll call him again if anything goes wrong.

Excellent service. Jeff is knowledgeable and meticulous when it comes to his work. He responded very quickly to our cooktop issue and did not rush the job. I would use him again without hesitation.

Jeff was fantastic I thought my 22 yr old jennaire oven was shot I was wrong. Simple fix by Jeff and I was cooking dinner in no time. He not only figured out the issue he also cleaned decades of use from the glass radiant burner leaving it looking like new. Highly recommend.
