I ordered a Premium Level floral arrangement ($110) through Telaflora for my neice who had her first baby girl. The arrangement was to be delivered Sat., Jan. 30, 2021. On Sat, Jan 30, I received notification it had been delivered by hand to my neice at her correct address. My neice NEVER received it. I called Teleflora to tell them about the situation. Very disappointed. If could would give a zero. For the price that my fiance paid and completely different from what he expected. The flowers were incorrect from the picture. There were no roses present and the price of 20.00 for the bear that was supposed to be a medium heat was the size of a miniature toy you could get at the dollar tree. In addition to that the additional 15.00 delivery fee was way overpriced considering the delivery was way after the shop had already closed when we were told it would be in the earlier.
