Very Nice Florist Joy's Flowers has been in operation in Chattanooga longer than just about any other florist. They are conveniently located on McCallie Ave. and have ample parking. The store is very nice inside, with lots of fresh flowers, silk arrangements and decorative items for sale. Their empolyees are very helpful when placing an order for an arrangement, whether it's in person or over the phone. I ordered a Premium Level floral arrangement ($110) through Telaflora for my neice who had her first baby girl. The arrangement was to be delivered Sat., Jan. 30, 2021. On Sat, Jan 30, I received notification it had been delivered by hand to my neice at her correct address. My neice NEVER received it. I called Teleflora to tell them about the situation. Very disappointed. If could would give a zero. For the price that my fiance paid and completely different from what he expected. The flowers were incorrect from the picture. There were no roses present and the price of 20.00 for the bear that was supposed to be a medium heat was the size of a miniature toy you could get at the dollar tree. In addition to that the additional 15.00 delivery fee was way overpriced considering the delivery was way after the shop had already closed when we were told it would be in the earlier. Buyer BEWARE! This business does not honor its website guarantee. My mother passed recently and her favorite flower is orchid. I was assured by Joys that the could obtain the pink and whit orchids. I went through a very lengthy description of what I wanted and there were multiple calls back and forth. The staff member, Lindy, was new hire and struggled through the order, but I. Joy's Flowers is very, very unprofessional, we have pictures – Ordered flowers on proflowers and was told arrangement I wanted was not available. My wife received a very ugly arrangement as all at her work agreed. She found Joy's was the supplier and called. Joy told her I didn't spend much for her birthday flowers so that was the best she could expect and that it was a designers choice!
