We went over from Canada to look for a dress for my moms wedding last night and wow we were impressed. To be honest we weren’t sure what to expect as it seemed like a smaller shop but boy did these ladies know their stuff. We walked in and were greeted immediately, showed a pic of some things she had tried on, that we had liked. They know their dress selection right away and pulled 4 dresses in a matter of minutes. 100% recommend Joy’s Bridal to anyone who will listen to me. I was on a shoestring budget to find my dream dress, and they helped me find one I absolutely love in my budget. It was also the first and only place I ended up looking for a dress. I can’t wait to wear my wedding dress, and I can’t say enough good things about Joy’s!

The ladies were amazingly helpful, encouraging and patient as I tried many dresses on trying to find a MOB dress that fit and flattered both. They were so kind and never rushed me out, upon deciding on the dress the other young women who came in to help even mentioned that the dress could be ordered in a sage green after overhearing me say that I wish I could of found a dress in a more flattering color for me than navy that would match our wedding colors. I will never buy a dress elsewhere. Kim is amazing. She went well out of her way to help me find the perfect wedding dress after I had a nightmare of a situation with another dress. This establishment is top notch! We went to “look” this weekend and came home with a prom dress! They were so kind and helpful and had many dresses to try on. Great prices and they made my daughter feel important! I will not go any where else to look for a dress from this point forward! I cannot say enough and will recommend them to everyone! With two teenage girls at home they are sure to see a lot of me! Thank You!

Kim is absolutely awesome. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. She really knows her dresses and is so willing to help with no pressure to buy. I’ve heard stories of people going to bridal places and getting no help or snotty help. Not at Joys! You will feel special there!! We will never go anywhere else for formal dresses.
