Wonderful experience. Went to find a Grade 8 graduation dress for valedictorian. Something suitable for a 13 yr old, not too sexy, not too old, not too young. Found the perfect dress for an amazing price with matching accessories and it is extremely unique. The staff was so wonderful in helping her celebrate her accomplishment and even gifted her a token for all her hard work. Will definitely come back in the future
2nd time buying a prom dress for my daughter from Joy's. I would recommend Joy's to anyone needing a dress for a special occasion. They have many dresses to choose from. The owner is very helpful and makes your experience a great one. My daughter had a hard time deciding on 1 of 2 dresses and they never rushed us. I would go back again and again.
In February on a snowy Tuesday morning at 9:59 am the day before my Mardi Gras vacation I was informed to bring a gown for a ball! As I walked up the walk that had been freshly shoveled I approached in prayer 🙏🏻 that I might find something FABULOUS on clearance (the only way I shop!😜) Well, needless to say ... I had went to two other bridal shops and was very discouraged when I finally got to Joy’s. I had been pushed into dresses I hated at the other shops and was ready to give up. When I arrived at Joy’s, I was treated like the most important person. I was allowed to try on as many dresses as I needed too. I was planning a very small informal wedding, I didn’t consider going to a bridal shop for my dress because I didn’t think I’d find anything as low key but still ‘bridal’ at a formal bridal shop. After failing to find what wanted I went to Joy’s Bridal Boutique. Not only did I find exactly what I wanted, but the staff was wonderful and treated me like I was preparing for the wedding of the season. Even if I’d left empty handed, I still would have been thrilled with the excellent service I got.
I have purchased from Joys bridal several times. Every time has been a wonderful experience! They were extremely helpful in finding homecoming, Jr. prom and prom dresses for my girls. I won’t go anywhere else!
Wonderful place to shop! I would 100% recommend them to everyone. They really take the time to listen to what you want. Kim helped my daughter customize her wedding dress to exactly how she wanted it. And Kim helped me find a mother of the bride dress. They are wonderful to work with!!!!
Absolutely Love this shop!! The staff is amazing! This is the second mother of the bride dress I have bought from the shop.I have come in with an idea of what I would like and the ladies are patient with me. Very knowledgeable about their stock. If you can’t find exactly what you want they will start pulling out books and are able to pretty much order anything! They have made my ideas taste in formal wear a reality!They open very informative when it comes to experience and idea! Love,love,love this shop!!!!!!
