RecommendedHad the pleasure of riding with Gina. Ran into her earlier in the day while walking and she took the time to help us out with directions. Late in the evening we ran in to her and she was kind enough to help us out again. Her gracious hospitality was incredible.

I had scheduled two separate rides one for myself and one for my daughter who is a UTK band member. I scheduled these rides 4 hours in advance. 5 minutes before my daughter is to be picked up I get a message reading no drivers available. So I have 5 minutes to get her across town and to the band room. Then 2 hours later when it was time for myself to be picked up 3 minutes before the scheduled time I get the no drivers available message. Don’t really know how the actual rides are. Could never get one Saturday with the app and couldn’t get any to stop. I had told someone else about it several days before and she scheduled a pickup that never arrived. Maybe more carts are needed? Would love to give this a shot.

Awesome, friendly, door to door service. I am talking on-demand service for the cost of coffee. Joyride's phone should be ringing off the hook. Come on Knoxville support Joyride. Driver was supposed to pick us up at Calhoun's on the River 25 minutes ago. No show! Called the number and no one answers. Not very good.
