I saw this company on Knoxville news. So my coworker was going to the game but gets tired when she walks from the parking garage to the stadium due to her health. So I told her to call or just flag these folks down and that it was a free service but she could tip the driver. So she scheduled a pickup but got no scheduled pickup. But a young man was there in the garage when she pulled in and she flagged him down and he told her to ride she HAD to pay $5 to ride to the stadium and $5 to ride back. The Drivers literally only make what the rider gives them. Joyride does not pay the drivers a hourly rate of any sort. And Joyride nor the driver require a certain amount. The CUSTOMER decides what they pay the driver. The ride its self is free but it is a respectable thing to tip the driver so he can eat.
everytime I call i can never get a hold of someone. this has been going on since October. I tried to stay and hope that there will be a resolution, but there hasn't been any change. -former customer.

We were not running in February. Joyride is seasonal in the Knoxville area. We run from MidJuly- MidNovember. I am sorry you didn't get a ride in October we always had carts out then. If you wanted a ride on gameday, you have to schedule ahead or catch it as it's going by. Apologies!!

We received over 3,800 calls today. We try very hard to answer get every call but on Game Days you have to understand there is 103,000 of you and only 10 of us.

Literally never had these guys answer the phone for me. I've ridden once but only because I happened to catch them. Their phone system is an endless loop that connects you with absolutely no-one, leaving you stranded unless you want to call a cab. My best advice: just call a cab. These guys don't answer the phone for shit.
