RecommendedLoved my experience at Joyful Smiles in Tinley today. Felt so welcomed and have never felt more concern for my son’s needs from an office before. It’s been difficult to even get Trey a decent cleaning due to his disabilities and apprehensiveness towards the dentist. But at Joyful Smiles, Trey felt so welcomed, and trusted the staff enough to let them do the exam. We look forward to bringing him back for his next cleaning 😊
I took all 3 of my little ones and the staff was so patient & kind! my 3 years old was nervous but warmed up to the sweet staff quick. I highly recommend them! plus the office was nice & clean w stuff for the kids to do while we waited.
We went to the new Bradley location.Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and greeted us. They had toys for my daughter to play with in the waiting room Tvs while sitting in the chairs and "rewards" when they completed everything. Everything was explained and the reason for why they recommended things. I will gladly continue to bring my daughter to this wonderful office.
Had our first visit yesterday! Super kid friendly atmosphere! These professionals are AMAZING!!! From the receptionist at the front desk, to the AMAZING Amanda the hygienist, to Dr. Mc Donald! Everyone was professional, kind, and took the time to care for my special needs daughter! I would HIGHLY recommend Joyful Smiles! 😁
Dr McDonald is warm, kind, knowledgeable and most importantly patient! I’ve brought my little guy to her twice, driving over 45 minutes away from home to get her expertise when someone local gave me information that was grim and inaccurate. I will keep making the trek to see her for his routine cleanings and would recommend her to family and friends for their kids as well.
As new patients with a nonverbal and sensory sensitive toddler, we were unsure of what to expect from Joyful Smiles. But after our appointment this morning, we know we've made an amazing decision bringing our son here. Absolutely wonderful staff and Dr! Very patient and accommodating! Thank you so much for a great appointment and we look forward to seeing you all again!
I really loved how the staff interacted with my children and it made the visit to the "Dentist" not so scary!!!
