I lost my receipt and they couldnt find my order apparently...lost my deposit and a customer.

Looks like he can’t find our order which was a simple esclava for my son and all their employees can’t find it either called and went in person and still nothing the least he could do was offer a resolution to the issue but he seems to be wanting to just keep the money… wasn’t the first time we bought here but might be the last.
