I have total confidence in Dr. Thomas. She has always given me accurate diagnoses and appropriate, effective treatment. The wait time in her office is minimal, the staff are friendly, and she has always treated me warmly.
I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. She was RUDE, not professional and made me feel very uncomfortable the way she treated my dad. I will never recommended her or go back to her office.
Went in with 2 issues - first visit - and last. She ran late for the appt, spent 15 minutes on one issues and then, after having me already undressed and sitting in paper clothes for a full body exam, informed me she had used my 15 minutes for the first issue and we would do the exam in 30 days. She was sarcastic and curt at some points. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Dr. Thomas, although knowledgeable, was very curt with her answers and seemed annoyed during the visit.
