She does a fantastic job! I was there with long hair and short and she did great each time. She’s also nice and easy to talk to. She even helped me prepare my hair for donation when I wanted to donate it. I recommended her to 2 of my gal friends and they were both amazed with the stylishness of the outcome of their hair afterwards and we have all been satisfied and impressed here. And at a good price too! 10 stars for Joyce I’m actually looking forward to my next haircut here.
I give this place zero stars after the way Joyce left my hair after applying color and then leaving so much on my scalp after her poor attempt at shampooing and conditioning. When I got home and removed my hat it was full of dark cor stains. Then I took cotton pads and wiped several areas of my scalp and color was coming off all over my head. I had to shampoo and condition my hair all over again after paying $65 for this mess.
Joyce is absolutely the best! She cuts my hair exactly as I want and it looks amazing. She is very warm and friendly---I really enjoy our conversations. Highly recommended!
