They could improve by hiring a service department, and service manager Paul Gorman that knows what they are doing. Don't damage customers cars then try to hide it. The owner and Gm Jim Judge will never return ur calls if you have an issue. I advise steer clear of this dealer there are better GMC dealers in this area.

We believe we were misled about the condition of the used truck we purchased; it has had two major failures in the 6 weeks we've owned it, and is currently sitting dead in our driveway. We fully regret ever buying it from them.
RecommendedWe just bought our Buick Envision at Joyce Buick. We had gone to 2 other Buick dealerships, Medina Auto Mall and Morris Buick. We had negative experiences with both. We went to Joyce not expecting much. Totally different experience!!! They put the joy back into car buying. Our salesperson, Sean Joyce was the best! So nice and extremely professional! The Finance person Donnie O’Toole was fantastic also!!! I highly recommend both Joyce Buick and their fabulous team!!!
