I bought a beautiful GMC Terrain this week with the most helpful, supportive salesman I have ever had the pleasure meeting, Mr. Ryan Conway. He went above and beyond and made the whole time I was there a breeze. Ryan was attentive and patient and helped me weight my options. The whole process took but maybe 2 hours tops and I drove my SUV home that day. I will be sure to visit Ryan the next time we upgrade any of our vehicles!!!!
Ryan Conway & Kevin Joyce were awesome with helping me find a new SUV! This was actually the first dealership I looked at for this round of shopping and I didn't look at any others after my first visit. At no point did I ever feel pressured that I MUST buy a certain grade of car, my experience was completely tailored to the budget I gave them. No. I don’t recommend them at all! Bought a used car and service light came on. Took it to my brother and found a 3 to 4 hundred repair bill! In my opinion we feel the check engine lite was turned off! They offered to buy the car back. I asked for what to do this to someone else! John the salesperson said they would need to reevaluate it! Within 36 hours of purchasing used vehicle the whole inside of a tire blew out. Took it in was told in short clipped one word sentences that they were not going to fix it. I am a 60 year old grandma. That tire was a safety hazard. They knew it. I was treated rudely. Of course that will be my fault too. My original salesman Craig was nice. I will never come back and certainly never recommend you to anyone. Not that anyone there cares.
We bought a vehicle within 5hrs it won't start, get the run around from the sales. A much needed family vehicle turned into a parked vehicle quick. A complete mistake to buy from there. I was told by Jim the general manager they would diagnose but we would have to pay for everything.
