After hours of being jerked around, I was finally introduced to a salesman by the name of Alex. He could tell I was upset, and to help calm me down offered a Hot Karl. I ended up with just a blumpkin because he wanted to not give in and fully commit to his offer. Pulled the ol bait and switch on me, NEVER AGAIN !
The worst car buying experience ever. I flew from VA to buy a truck. Talked to the douche named Alex Joyce. Was told the truck had original paint and didn't have any rust. It's a 2015 Denali. He said it was like new. "Perfect" was the exact words in the email. The whole frame had major rust that was visible without even laying underneath it. We were very happy with our service. Our salesperson, Rick, was very accommodating, knowledgeable, quite pleasant and worked hard to get us the perfect deal. In that process, we were able to get all features we had hoped for. The General Manager came to thank us for coming to Joyce Buick. He knew I was a photographer friend of one the customer's their, and gave us a wonderful calendar that he had left there. My experience was amazing and I would come back for any car I buy. I would also recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Very friendly staff and easy to work with. We were treated with the up most respect and felt like they really cared about the customers needs. I worked with Alex Joyce, who was amazing. I have never been treated so well by a dealership. I was spoken to like a person, instead of being "dazzled" by the dealers knowledge of how to confuse people. I was assisted by Katie Rutt. She is fantastic. I'm so pleased with our purchase. And I must say, extremely happy to have given Miss Katie my business.
