We’ve lived in the Newcastle complex for 6 years before we moved into a house. We never had any issues and they were always prompt with replying!
Amazing property management! I’ve been renting from them for almost 4 years and never once had an issue. Anytime there were situations that occur inside that house they addressed it immediately and professionally. Always will answer the phone, even on weekends and have great friendly attitudes. Highly recommended!
Terrible experience very rude and nosy
As a widowed single mother I was looking for a safe place for my six month old and I to live. I found a nice apartment in Newcastle and contacted Shelia with Joy Property Management. The day I contacted her 12/27/2022 she didn’t answer but called back and left a voicemail letting me know that she had just gotten notice that a until would be available February 15th.
